Thanks to the support of donors like you, we will invest over $1 million dollars into the most vital community programs that will touch nearly one-third of the population in the Treasure Valley this year. The 42 programs funded this year will provide services such as preschool, mentors for children, dental services, mental/behavioral health services for children, crisis intervention, career development, asset development, emergency rental assistance, homelessness services, wrap-around services at schools, and more. Funding recommendations were made by 40 amazing Vision Council volunteers who donated over 1,200 hours of their time to identify the programs that will make the biggest impact on community members. These investments are an important piece of United Way of Treasure Valley’s overall work to unite the community in changing the odds for children and families in need.
