Meet Cornelia Sprung, Campaign Cabinet Member!

Cornelia SprungTalk to us about being on the Campaign Cabinet. What motivated you to want to get involved?

I have seen so many great programs be well executed by The United Way of Treasure Valley that it makes me want to be a part of it.

There are so many ways to give back and be involved with charitable organizations. Why do you choose United Way of Treasure Valley?

The United Way of Treasure Valley reaches so many parts of our community, with so many partnerships, that I feel confident giving to United Way gets to where needs really are, even if I don’t know where that is, myself.

Tell us a little about your role with your organization and what you do!

I work at RedBuilt, a supplier of EWP and other products and services to commercial construction projects across the country. I am the Design Center Leader for our largest technical center which is right here in Boise. I try to keep a team of over 20 technicians and engineers productive, motivated, challenged and equipped for success.

What are you doing when you’re not working your tail off at your place of employment or for United Way of Treasure Valley?

I am also passionate about our climate crisis. As a society, we are running out of time to take action against global warming so you’ll probably find me volunteering in support of climate justice issues.
