Talk to us about being on the Campaign Cabinet. What motivated you to want to get involved?
If I feel I have some time and energy to give back to the community I live in, I try to do so.
There are so many ways to give back and be involved with charitable organizations. Why do you choose United Way of Treasure Valley?
My firm’s association with you means I already have a passing knowledge of who you are and what you are about. In addition, I volunteer time to the Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline and Dry Creek Historical Society.
Tell us a little about your role with your organization and what you do. If you’re retired, tell us about your work history.
I work in business development, having been hired in this capacity starting in January of last year. I collaborate with others to market the agency to potential clients in addition to writing and editing proposals, responding to inbound inquiries, and I still have a handful of clients that I work on directly. Being a career account guy in advertising, I enjoy still having an element of that to my day to day.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m a proud parent of two boys ages 11 and 9, play pickleball, am a big traveler and supporter of National Park Service locations, and a theatre actor and director (currently on hiatus).
