LEAP Housing Trust
LEAP’s Housing Trust is the first Community Land Trust creating homeownership opportunities in the Treasure Valley. Land in the trust will be used to create new affordable housing inventory, including homeownership opportunities that are perpetually affordable. The first community consist of 14 units, currently under construction.
